Indian OncoCare may provide support for oncology consultation, second opinion, report review coordination, online consultation, physical visit coordination, international patient assistance, treatment navigation and follow-up coordination.

2. No Emergency Service

Indian OncoCare is not an emergency medical service. In case of emergency symptoms such as severe breathlessness, chest pain, bleeding, loss of consciousness, severe allergic reaction or rapidly worsening condition, please contact emergency medical services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate personal, contact and medical information.
You confirm that medical reports shared by you belong to you or are shared with valid permission from the patient/legal guardian.
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information or upload harmful files.
You understand that appointment slots, doctor availability and hospital coordination are subject to confirmation.

4. Doctor Consultation and Clinical Decision

Medical opinions, report reviews and treatment suggestions depend on available documents, clinical assessment and specialist judgment. Indian OncoCare does not guarantee a specific diagnosis, treatment outcome, cure, survival result, appointment confirmation or hospital admission.

5. Payments and Fees

Where applicable, consultation, coordination, hospital, diagnostic, treatment, teleconsultation or documentation charges may be communicated separately. Payment terms will depend on the selected service and provider.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy available at /refund.php.

7. Reports and File Uploads

You are responsible for submitting clear and complete reports. Incomplete, unclear or incorrect reports may affect the quality of review or delay coordination.
